★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was referred to use there services by the treating Doctor. I must say they are out there to milk you with the exorbitant charges of their test. Of course they have a to wear a PPE Kit for taking the samples. The charge of 500 plus home visit of 100 for Is reasonable. I asked them for the itemised invoice of my Tests but they omitted the PPE Kir charges in the invoice. Requested for a separate invoice for the PPE kit as I had paid it twice, they flatly refuse to give an invoice as they say it is not possible for them to give it spoke to a Dr Ajit and he was like u can do what you want but we will not give a reciept.... well what do you do with companies like these who do not want to give a bill of services that we have used and paid for
Note Update - After a long chat on the phone, two handwritten invoices have been issued for the 2 PPE Suits..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unhygienic place. Today I saw used latex gloves and used spirits swabs on the floor. Place made at least 50 patients with fever and other sick covid symptoms stand in the hot april sun in the building driveway for over 2 hours each with no place to sit. No shade and no drinking water. People were waiting for covid test... also seemed the place was not cleaned since days and one could see used water bottles thrown all over the place as there was no dustbin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V Bad experience. Unexpected hassels from a private lab. Payment in cash was worst. Print out of Aadhar card.. long form filling. Closed AC space for sample collection . worst of services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, been contacting them since last 4 days to get tested but there is no proper response. Every single time executive says sir please call tomorrow, they don't even give the update, even when I visited there they told me without appointment they can't do testing and only 3-4 people were there, they are really making mockery of common people in this pandemic, I urge and request to top management to kindly take necessary action to improve the efficiency and behaviour of the staff rather suffering the common people.

Reported time for opening lab is 8 am
Staff doesn’t come till 8.30
If you reach here on time they will treat you like they are doing favours on you.....
I actually want to give minus stars....
Pathetic customer service
No reports will be mailed unless reminded in call
I have sincere request to owners of this facility to review and keep check on their staff, else soon it will be closed for sure with such services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misbehaved staff esp the senior Mr Ajit who has no manners to talk to patients on phone. His arrogance takes the better his professional duties.
One can go to Apex if you have no self respect. It used to be a good lab once - post covid waves it has only unmannered people at top positions. The owner Dr Taneja is like a VIP who in words of Mr Ajit - “ there is no contact number for him, you cannot talk to him ” , he is available only at 12 ‘ o clock in the night :) …. no points for guessing where the complaints go. Pathetic experience
