We got rt pcr test done on friday and were promised the report within 2 days.
Its been 5 days and still no report from their side.
Moreover they are not entertaining our requests on customer care number. No one is responding there.
Patient is critical and hospitals require this report for further procedure. Request you to please do the needful on priority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. They are only working for collection of money. None of their customer care numbers work. They had taken 2 booking appointments and never showed up. When we went for a drive through they were more interested in fee payment. What's more funny is the after the test service. They leave it to the government for any delay in reports and don't bother to entertain any queries or issues any one faces with regards to the reports.
Worst service ever especially when they are actually needed. Rest of the time they will call you non stop to get tested for stupid and nonsensical examination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During covid days, my relatives and I have drove in to give samples atleast half a dozen times. Each time it has been hassle free and received reports bang on time. They accept all forms of payment as well. Haven't experienced home collection or reporting on other non-covid teams...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Experience was very bad..Mr Manish head of sector 86 greater faridabad does not have supportive approach towards patient. They are charging 100rs for 5000ml CAN for urine protien test whereas no labs in country is charging a sin gle penny for CAN.My first and last Experience in pathkind lab sector 86 faridabad was worst.
