★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Jaideep simply runs the best diagnostic centre in Gurgaon. He takes time for his patients, is thorough in his examinations, punctual, and explains procedures and queries completely without ever making you feel like you're wasting his time. Simply great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Jaideep’s for an RTPCR test. While the test costs Rs. 499/-, they charged me Rs. 1000/- and gave a receipt of 499 only. Upon asking, they very conveniently said ‘thats how it is. We will give receipt for Rs. 499 only”. None of the staff members could justify why they were doing so. Absolutely Laid back approach. Post arguing for a long time, they said rest of the amount Rs. 501 is Doctor’s consultation charges. We DID NOT consult any doctor or did not need their doctor’s service. We only wanted an RTPCR test report. The ordeal did not end here. We had to follow up many times for the report through phone calls, whatsapp etc. Nobody bothered to give correct status, respond to messages. Hopeless service??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally take consultancy. My age is 35 and I was suffering with severe knee pain, shoulder pain, frozen shoulder and back pain. It was very pathetic condition for me as I was unable to stand up after sitting on ground. Sleeping at night was also disturbed due to severe pain. I took pain killer for a long time and then contacted Dr. Jai deep Sherma. His medicine worked and within few months I got relief. Although there are a little swelling around my knees but I must say that is 10 percent. Thanks Dr. Jai deep sharma for your wonderful guidance and medicine
