★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some people make you lose faith in humanity. We were dealt with inhumane behaviour when we took my father to him following a cardiac arrest. Sheer negligence. I’ve lost family members before and we never had a reason to go against a doctor’s reputation. His assistant Shama is no better. Dr. Prashant Saxena’s staff is untrained and failed to handle the situation. They held my father’s body until we paid the hospital’s unjust charges (They had charged us for numerous unfair charges).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Highly insensitive doctor. His negligence costed the life of my grandfather Mr.Prem Nath Batra. I am a highly educated person, consulted various doctors about this matter, and everyone couldn’t help but notice that his negligence wasn’t critical thinking or calm decisions taken during a crisis. My grandfather was an Asthmatic patient who was feeling shortness of breath and extreme body weakness. Upon hearing this on a phone call, Dr. Prashant Saxena suggested that we take him to Max Super Speciality’s Emergency. We took him there, the doctor denied checking his vitals until we had gotten him registered, and even after registration, he delayed checking his vitals. During this whole ordeal, my grandfather Mr. Prem Nath Batra had a cardiac arrest and Dr. Prashant Saxena failed to notice it. Following his death, the hospital charged us with false charges like double visiting charges even though the doctor didn’t even visit the patient. My grandfather wasn’t insured and the hospital took advantage of our condition.
