Her hints and tips to make sure you are maximizing the benefits of the posture while preventing injury are something that is rare to find. Each month is tailored towards an area, progressing each week. This isn’t a class for people that are happy that their alignment isn’t great and want to lose themselves in their breath. But after first class I am very greatfull to have Pallavi mam in my life as a yog guru? . I honestly can't believe the progress I have made. I had afraid to practice inversion and balancing poses but now I can do with ease in her guidence. She is very technical, professional and offcourse with a loving and caring ❤️. And I am truly greatfull for that I am her student.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pallavi Sharma is a very knowledgeable person, an expert in her field of Yoga and Wellness. My experience while doing yoga through her online class was a transforming one. I was amazed how each day there was some different and effective yogaasan she made us do. And I broke into sweat within few minutes of the session, that shows how effective the aasan sequence is.
I highly recommend yoga sessions with Pallavi Sharma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never had the chance to learn from Pallavi ma’am face to face since I live in a diff city but she taught me online. She is so energetic and passionate about what she teaches. Even on the online zoom sessions, she pays attention to everyone and all little details about the postures.
She is the best in what she does. She knows so much.
she taught me about many basics which I was not aware of even though I knew and was doing yoga on my own, most importantly about the focus on when to breath in and breathe out along with other techniques. All poses that you dream of being able to do successfully one day, she can help you with that. If you are a beginner/intermediate learner or someone working on advanced yoga, everyone can learn a lot from her. You can talk to her about what you know and what you want to learn and she can fit you in the correct class.
Her energy is infectious and you are bound to get impressed by her way of teaching
