★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a Therapeutic class but not Finding a knowledge teacher but Akash Sir and Ma'am has a beautiful knowledge of Therapy Based Yoga.
I also liked the Regular running classes, including meditation. Its really soothing and makes my day. Thanks so much. :)
