★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so unsatisfied with the service of Dr.Lal path lab, it was a very threatning situation for me and will think twice to go to DLP. I had done a TSH test one week back and since then i am having a blood clot. Please teach your staffs how to take blood samples in a proper way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unhygienic and untrained staff. Even in the times of covid no precautions are seriously taken. No proper sanitisation neither the means for the same are available. Even if you do plan to get your blood tests done go for home collection as the professional visiting home will be coming from lab and actually trained unlike the two people sitting here. Also even if you yourself are a doctor they won't listen to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. No one takes responsibility at all. They took sample 2 times for the same test due to their mistake and for reports also they didn't provided at the committed day and time and argued badly and passed their mistake to one another. I had the doctor's appointment and next day flight to catch. All this made me suffer badly. They all should be sued to learn a lesson from it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to DR LAL PATH LABS FOR A VERY SERIOUS TEST, believe me very serious and life threatening, to begin with they were very unproffesional and rude they took the sample and told I will receive reports by day end,, they send the experience review form before this so that I give good reviews first, Day end I receive a report that asks for a repeat test, I wam already scared, I went and gave another sample, now there are no messages or information, THE chat agents are rude and now one is responding, it's been almost 40 hours I haven't received my repeated sample reports, remember this is a second sample, they couldn't do anything with the first one
Guys beleive me avoid this specific branch they are horrible,, I have attached chat screenshots of my conversation, please se how they respond there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. The person did not understand all the tests as prescribed by the doctor for my wife. Some tests were misunderstood and we had to again undertake such tests on the correct days as it should have been done. This time we went to sector 14 path labs which was a much better experience. I will advise anyone to not go to sector 22 center.
