They have been our go to guys for all corporate law, mergers, acquisitions, NDA, Non Compete, EULA, Software Terms of Use, copyrights, trademarks, Employee confidentiality and partnership agreements. We have even in a couple of cases used them to fight off frivolous civil law suits and IP related threats with great effect. Worth every $ being spent for a MNC and coglomerate with 4 difference organizations and working in different countries like US, UK, Asia and obviously in multiple cities in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore...Just to add, Mr Chandra is one of the most astute legal minds to be in your side during any negotiation or corporate law and legal cases.

β β β β β I love the managing partner of this firm, Mr. Barunesh Chandra. He responds quickly, advises clearly, charges reasonably- in every sense very professional. He never fails to satisfy his/our clients as far as I know. On top of that, due to his experience in Japan, he knows how to deal with meticulous Japanese clients. Every time I have a file in India, I always refer it to his firm.
