★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. I ordered a cappuccino for take-away and they handed me over a very hot cup with almost no insulation, which was almost impossible to hold and carry. When I asked for an extra cup the server said “NO” as he said that the cups were “counted”. No wonder they got such poor ratings.
