★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a BAD experience in this store back in 2017 while the store was on the ground floor next to the mall main entrance, still cant believe the old guy(probably the manager) was racist and called us names, for real. I hope that the store moving to the first floor is also a way of them raising their standard a bit higher. Anyway don't want to have anything to do with this store chain anymore, hope someone can avoid my kinda situation reading this review, Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and polite behaviour. Went to their shop for RayBan Aviator frame issue. They checked and told the bitter truth instead of fake assurance. Btw they managed to resolve my RayBan frame issue without any charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was surprised by the generosity and courteous service meted to me when I took a pair of sunglasses that needed repair. They did a brilliant job finding the right colour parts. All done and dusted within half an hour. The sunglasses were not bought at their store but that did not deter them. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When ever I have visited Dayal opticals I have received warm welcome and I have found every sales executive especially Mr Azeem very nice , decent and cordial towards me . Mr Azeem combines in himself finest behavioural instinct , good mannerism and distinct sale style . He has the ability to catch the Choice of the customer and quickly reach to the conclusion that what exactly this particular customer is looking for and deal him accordingly .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today ,we visited promenade DAYAL’s opticals, it was a very bad experience against what we were given the impression.No sanitizers facility being provided to customers, promoting for early third wave. Staff was rude & egoistic especially lady working as optometrist. Humiliating the customer who asks for reasonablity of rates. Sad, we came back without purchasing of urgently required lenses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to know from Cartier website that Dayal Opticals is one of the authorised sellers of Cartier frames in India. So, I contacted them and purchased a rimless frame online.
I am throughly satisfied with my purchase and overall experience I had with their store in DLF Promenade, Vasant Kunj. Especially, Mr. Danesh from that store had helped in selecting my frame online and receiving it in perfect condition via courier.
