My experience was fine .. the product’s were good .. not just good but top class .. but these pathetic people in sales especially a saleswoman by the name of RITU she is so pathetic .. i bought a certain item from the store n she assisted me not that too well n after few weeks she was like please drop me a good review on the Loui Vuitton customer review mail n she was like ill b always there to assist you but i called her twice to assit me n all she gave was cold n rude what not attitude .. i just wonder how can such good n top class brands keep a assistant like her .. pathetic they are

COMPLAINT COMPLAINT COMPLAINT I had order 1 Men’s belt from New Delhi store - emporio mall , vasant kunj The lady - Soumya attended me. I had given her advance full payment on 15th November & my birthday was on 23rd November. She confirm me The delivery on 22nd November, that is Monday. But after calling her again & again she didn’t pick up the calls , I reached out again on the store. Which is around 25 kms away from my house. My wife reached there & what I had ordered the belt. The staff gave another model belt to my wife & took again 6,000 rupees addition ( I already paid 48,000 on 15th November ) I think if we order To any store & they took full advance from us. Don’t they note down the model number which customer had ordered …??? Again after my bday on 24th November. I reached to ur store ( 3rd time ) to change my belt. Which I didn’t order That day Soumya meet me & after waiting me for 1:00-1:15 hours. She told me That she didn’t find my belt in stock again. N she want 2-3 days to find it & she will call me to replace the belt. I asked her the maximum time. She said she want maximum 1 week time again to give me my selected model belt. But yesterday again after 1 week I called her 6 times from mornin 11:30 am to 7:30 pm. She didn’t pick up my calls & store number which was written on bills is not working. Pls don’t mind but any other Indian brand has More professionalism then LV now. This is just like selling goods at any wrong commitment & just to increase the company sales.

I have made purchases here specifically 3 times. I visited the store today and I am shocked at how classless these sales people are. There was a girl today was showing me some belts, another sales girl just kept talking over me to her other client. I would had taught her some manners had she been a guy. Anyway I hope the head office looks into the cameras and the staff behaviour. This obnoxious behaviour and taking advantage and playing the girl card isn’t done.

Just watched Vishakha Thakur video and bad experience with this lv store I just want to remind those who working there you’re getting paid for customer support and your kindness be nice with all customer if they not VIP doesn’t mean you disrespect them or make feel bad about that

Emporio is the most premium mall in Delhi. If I talk about Louis Vuitton. It is located next to Dior. Due to covid , waiting of more than 15-20 min is always there. Collection is very limited as compared to Paris and Milan.. I have faced availability of size issue many times.. Wish they add more collection to the store..

Extremely unprofessional customer service staff tried booking an appointment to pick up a bag, they encouraged us to walk in on a specific day without any email confirmation and over whatsapp texts. They “reserved” a piece- god knows whatever that is. They confirmed availability on the same day morning via text and then canceled 15 minutes before we were to reach the store citing “stock delays owing to the pandemic” . Have seldom faced such unprofessional behaviour, never from a luxury brand-this while being cognisant that we’re in the middle of a pandemic. Just order online - or from the Bombay store.

we bought Dauphine bag yesterday from emporio store new delhi , the dust bag was completely crushed and the bag was pressed . It's a very sad experience as we have been very regular customer . We had a wonderful experience while unpacking Dior bag that we bought yesterday. Would like to share this feedback with your store manager. , grateful if he can speak to else share his mobile. Please take it as a constructive feedback from one of your loyal customer who cares for the brand. My very best poonam chanana , also sent an email to your after sales team
