★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The expectations a person holds while going to a brand like Cartier is totally held up by the staff at work in the showroom. Mukta,was a great guide in helps ng us make up our mind so at to which product was right for us and give us all the other information related to it.
It was a marvellous experience shopping at this showroom!!

Big brands need to be more friendly .
You never know who might just become your customer.
Also never heard of a watch brand not offering discount.
Everyone does.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a well laid out store. And a feast for the eyes looking at the displays. The Cartier presence is very prominent on the outside as soon as one enters the mall. Which is as it should be.
I felt that the store could have had a video screen running a watch story on a loop. Or some images that celebrated the brand’s deep Indian connections.
Would make the brand image so much more meaningful for many first-timers who swish through the mall flaunting brands they know little about beyond the logos and mrps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many Indian must need to understand that foreign luxury jewelry brand has in India, but the service Indian ppl give and behavior and altitude with customer is way to cheap. I like to request my personal experience to the CEO of India that they must look deep inside of the staff in being regular client. I even don’t know how the get this job, even they don’t know how to greet customers. Do not deserve 1star even not for the Cartier for them who works at the store. Looks cheap as soon as enter.
