★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had white patches for long long time on my hand and legs and took treatment for many years including medicine, creams, sun light, laser, uvb therapy etc. With medicine and other efforts it was stopped spreading but there were some areas were there was no pigmentation and still looked white. After meeting Dr. Aditya Shah I started taking ecximer laser on white spots. There was improvement but it was very slow but I needed faster recovery so Dr. Aditya suggested me to meet Dr. Nirav Desai who is dermato Surgeon coming to aura on Monday and Tuesday from Surat. He usually takes surgical cases only and after consulting him i realised that vitiligo surgery is one of the option to fasten the repigmentation on those white spots. He explained all in and out of surgery and I decided to under go surgery. My surgery was done on two days 3 weeks apart. On first sitting one side of hand and leg were treated so I could do my work without any problem. After 3 weeks other side was treated. Recovery was smooth and I could do my routine work with much difficulty. After 2 months of surgery my most white patches started showing good repigmentation and now around 4 months almost 95% area is repigmented. Remaining spots are barely visible. I thanks aura staff and both Dr. Aditya Shah and Dr. Nirav Desai for their best guidance and help in making me feel better and get rid of those spots. I would recommend anyone who is suffering from long term can definitely take visit.

Must visit for any skin and nail related issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful staff, always smiling and helpful. Never make you feel stupid when you ask questions. Dr. Aditya shah was friendly, and professional. He discussed options and clearly explained the procedure. This is a great team with specified roles which leads to less confusion. They do remind you on a call so you don't miss your appointments even if you have forgotten. One of the most systematic clinics I have seen Vadodara.

Entire hospital is so well managed, with a highly proactive team. They follow up with patients post treatment and call patient a day before the appointment. You can reach out to doctor via WhatsApp and practo in case of any doubt after consultation. Aura clinic offers so many skin treatment options. Dr. Aditya Shah is a such a golden-hearted, humble person. You can clarify all your concerns.. I would not recommend Dr Mahendra Shah for hair transplant. Best skin specialist clinic in Vadodara.
