★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per your response, it was never mentioned that payment is non refundable in case I dont avail the treatment. Secondly , i have received messages from your side regarding appointments but if I am not finding the treatment satisfactory why should I come again to visit the clinic, as I am afraid that situation of breakouts may worsen. And main point is it was mentioned regarding some ozone treatment which was never done. Very bad experience. I was visiting the clinic for uneven skin tone. I have paid 18000 rupees advance for 8 seatings but after 3 seatings only i had started to get breakouts on my face. Then I have decided to discontinue to take treatment and asked to return of the money. Neigther I have received my money back till date nor i could take the remaining 5 seatings due to unsatisfactory treatment. I would not recommend the clinic. Very disappointed with the yuva clinic.
