★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience. I visited the OB gynecologist in Aura hospital. The consultation was done in a room with open door and very close to the receptionist counter. Other people could easily hear my conversation with the doc. Hospitals should respect our privacy during the check up. When a nurse checked my blood pressure, the readings showed elevation. Still doctor did not even check my pulse or did not do a primary checkup with the stethoscope. He was 40 mins late and still in much hurry. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I was hoping to continue the pregnancy checkups in AURA as it is very near to my home, but I can not put my my health in danger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very cooperative. Handled Covid patient very efficiently. The only suggestion is regarding improvement for coordination between billing staff and others to have a speedy procedure for discharge so that patient can avoid unnecessary charges of stay for the whole day.

Hospitals staff is very cooperative. For every now and then all investigations are made, which is very good. While taking patients to the investigations, sisters take good care. Housekeeping is well and good. Overall care in Aura Hospital is excellent and I will refer this hospital to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent facilities. Specious and comfortable for elders. I have been bring my parents here for annual checkups for more than a decade. Overall process can be made for efficient (eg moving patient from one checkup to another) but it's kind of offsets. There is plenty of staff who are friendly and quick help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I witnessed excellent care taken in PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit). All the resident doctors and nursing staff were extra-ordinary in rendering care to the baby. Please convey our heartfelt thanks to all, for the compassionate care .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited Aura hospital for whole body checkup and for my father's cough and acidity problem We met Dr.Balaji Kalyane with severe cough and sputum for my father, His way of handling patients is excellent and so soothing that the patient feels immensely confident about recovery. Thanks to Dr. Balaji Kalyane , within 2 weeks, he is completely normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We admitted petient due to some headach,throat infection,fever.we showing our medical **** ****** insurance policy for cashless.But billing dept say pay 4000/- we will return it after claiming all process done.Its not a cashless hospital.Hospital have to see during pandemic no one have money.And finally they make 58000+ due to health insurance company agry for 44000 above will be paid by patient.After much negotiation they said don't paid we cut your deposit amount.
Hospital have to show this hidden charges during or before treatment.Hospital have to return the money to petient.
