Really disappointed...waste of time They consume lots of patients time Specially for children..rude behaviour with kids.. no proffessional staff..students are doing different experiments on kids without thinking of your child's pain..rough behaviour with parents also. Too lengthy treatment with bad result...

One want to get the dental treatment done in affordable rates and having patience to wait for long duration, it is very good hospital for them. Interns are performing primary treatment under the guidance of experienced professors. The duration of each treatment differs and rates too. The reachability is good via public and private transport as this is located on Pune to Satara highway.

Vidyapeeth Dental College and Hospital, Pune was established in 1989 to fulfill aspirations of students to obtain professional “education and growing demand for education in dentistry in this region.”Initially it was affiliated to the University of Poona. In April 1996, it became a constituent unit of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University). The college has been recognized by the Dental Council of India. Over the years, this College has earned recognition and reputation at the National and International level. The College is housed in a building of 1, 32,308 sq. ft. with extension of 75363 sq. ft. as a P. G. wing. The building is not only an architectural beauty but it is functionally well planned. The Dental College and Hospital is pioneering institute in this part of the country in the field of dental education. All our graduates have made a name for themselves in private practice, employment and higher studies in India as well as abroad. The College has very progressive and pragmatic environment developed by highly qualified and experienced teaching staff using most modern and innovative teaching aids and methodology. We emphasize on simulated and real life experience based learning. The College and the courses offered are recognized by the Dental Council of India. The college is provided with space for its clinics and laboratories which are equipped with modern Bharati Vidyapeeth had a very humble beginning. It was around 1963, when he was still a part-time school teacher that Patangrao Kadam was disturbed on seeing that not many Maharashtrian students could get admissions to national level institutions such as National Defence Academy or clear competitive examinations. He noted that the reason was a relatively weak foundation of these students in subjects such as English and Mathematics. The organisation was founded with the aim to bring about "intellectual awakening of people through the spread of education" and to "prepare human resources needed for all round development, particularly economic, of the country". Bharati Vidyapeeth, since its inception, started conducting competitive examinations for school going children in the area. This subsequently became its major activity, which still continues.

# Bharati vidyapeeth dental college & hospital I found hospital is well equipped, well maintained and good infrastructure. Also what like is that doesn't suggest you too many medicines. Very good process for patients to enroll and OPD for first checking.

What a waste of time. Everyone coming here pls understand it's not a hospital, it's a college hence the cost is reasonable. But the damage it comes with it can really be dangerous. I went here, while scaling one of the student broke a piece of my tooth. Then to fix it with composite they charged my 250 bucks. So this is how it works.. to visit for the first time, it takes 2-3 visits for diagnosis and get your xray, I wanted to do RCT, you have to pay 800RS before hand and as soon as you pay boom the drama begins. You'll be called atleast 4-6 times for the treatment and 3 more times for cap. Any one who can't afford treatment outside have no option but the problem is they don't understand appointments to. Someone makes an appointment 20 days later, suffers from pain because he can't afford treatment outside and the students are not considerate or professional enough to give treatment on time. I went here for 5 initial appointment. Had to wait everyday for 4 hours atleast that too after taking an appointment. I saw a kid crying in pain and all the tables vacant when the doctors were having a laugh inside. I would specifically like to mention Dr. Shivangi, after taking treatment from her I wish instead of entrance exams the system considered willingness of the students, correct attitude and thier upbringing to become a doctor/dentist because such pathetic low life's really shouldn't be trusted with someone's health. As of now she's still a student and I really really hope she doesn't make it to becoming a dentist.

Worst dental experience. My father who is senior citizens (70+) wants to get denture done from bharati Vidyapeeth by Dr. Kanchan. Just to put a denture she took more than 4 months and at last she said I can't do it here but can do it in my private clinic. When I have already paid full amount for denture at bharati Vidyapeeth then why Dr. Kanchan wants to do it in private clinic. This simply emotional harassment and just a way to earn more money.
