★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good building but Maintenance problem may arise due to ignorance of builder. Parking space is very small alloted. Project of 3 building actually but I don't think other two will be started in time so the cost of other building may carried for this one building only , for example big generator Maintenance , etc. Entry of project is temporary ( maybe for 3 to 5 yrs ) but very small. Builder is from Pune so every dessison is very late and work of ammunity is very very slow.
