★ ★ ★ ★ ★ company not supply material even after I paid full Payment. Very bad experience with APS Solar..they delay matrial delivery since last 2 months. And company representative did not answer regarding delivery. They just replied " I'll talk to team and sort it out'. But till date did not receive any material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frauds... Cheaters... I am getting very high bills after installing 3.3 KW Solar from APS. There is some fault from their side as GEB says. These people are not even ready to listen anything. Directors also said They are most senior persons and WE CAN'T CALL THEM.
FRAUD PEOPLE... RIDICULOUS COMPANY AND SERVICE... NEVER PURCHASE FROM APS ELSE IT WILL BE BIG MISTAKE... ZERO ON SUPPORT...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very very bad experience with APS solar. Never prefer that company to anyone. don't buy solar rooftop from APS solar. They just took money from me and not complete task after 4 month. At the time of booking they told me APS panels and Growatt inverter after that they install different inverter and even still date not complete all task. And when I call to APS team at that time they answer me very rudely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently installed 3.3kw rooftop solar with APS. Good experience with them. Especially their sales person Pratik explained everything clearly before the installation. As its a government subsidized process it took me around 3 months for installation once I submitted all the document and formal process has started.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review to inform other people that Australian premium solar (APS ) is a fraud company they installed the solar at my residence I gave them a cheque and now they are telling me to pay more otherwise they won’t give me the bill according to law I gave the amt by paying them in a legal way now they are not listening to my problems with the solar nor even they try to correct their mistakes I urge that no one should use this companies solar as they are not genuine people

Chinese products rebranded in thier named and selling as Australia products i have thier inverter for solar for which i had asked for assistance as my solar system dealer was not helping i had called them 5 times msged 3 people and had got no response they will give you on call assistance that if you are lucky even thier applications which shows how much you solar energy you made is also in Chinese

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't buy APS’s small size new generation on-grid solar inverter because it's heavily derets in the summer afternoon.
From my own experience, I would say that I've Installed a capacity of 5940 watts solar panel now with an APS inverter; it's produced 4000 watts till noon.
But when Sun Approaches directly overhead and throws a significant amount of solar radiation upon solar panels, the inverter, instead of producing 4000 watts generation to 4500 or 4800 watts, it's derets and down generation to 3200-3300 watts only!
And if I shut the plant between 11 AM to 12 PM And restarted at noon, then the inverter produced more than 4800 watts of energy, which means APS inverter derets faster than any other brand.
Also, I complained about this issue to APS Management more than ten days ago, but they didn't care to resolve the problem. So if you want to be a happy solar consumer, then don't buy an APS inverter
