★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really had a good experience with my treatment. I stated all my problems and what all treatment I wanted to get done. Dr. Hitesh Laad understood my requirements and gave me the best treatment. The staffs are also very cooperative and treated me nicely just like an elder sister does. I can also see the results of the treatment that m going through which are very very impressive. The service is really good and all are very friendly. Would really recommend to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't wanted to give even a star , but it would not allow me to write Review comments so have to rate him with 1 star .Worst experience, he did my nose job surgery, after the surgery whole face was swollen so couldn't analyse how the nose would look, after the swelling subsided which took almost a month...he literally made my nose look so weird would say weirdest and the nose job surgery is not something we do it regularly...now I look so damm weird that every new person if looks at me first he looks at my nose because it has become something very different for everyone to notice it at the first point and it's now so difficult to live with it. I don't know why did I chose Dr. Laad for my surgery, he made me look weird for my whole and spoilt my entire life???? I would not recommend him to anyone.

I must say this is one of the best hair transplant centre as I experienced after busing many centre before my surgery and my post treatment experience.
What impressed me is that they did everything during procedure that they promised. Dr Hitesh Laad himself did my surgery with his Team. They all attended me with same enthusiasm and care as they reflected before my surgery.
Dr laad and his team is very perfect in every thing that they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Hitesh is a very well sounded doctor and has made me comfortable before my hair transplant. I visited many hair transplant clinics before meeting him and all other sounded quite corporate but he sounded quite clinical. He explained things in clinical way and hence I decided to have my transplant from here.
Earlier I decided with FUE but considering my baldness level 7, a day before surgery I decided to have FUT + FUE and communicated to him in the night a day before surgery. And good part was he immediately prepared the equipments to perform that and comfortably accepted my change in mind.
The clinic/OT is very clean and the surgery was performed with least pain possible. Surgery went for two full days and he did the surgery quite painlessly. The team is quite receptive in taking actions to any uncomfort I felt. It was a pleasant experience while surgery.
Across Pune, surgery usually costs between 20/- per graft to 90/- per graft. Dr. Hitesh's cost is quite economic and my whole surgery happened within 1.6L and he transplanted approximately 4200 grafts. This price also includes one year of free consultation and initial one week of medication. Today, it is almost a month and I am quite hopeful with my hair transplant. Progress is certainly visibly good.
Post surgery also, Dr. Hitesh and his teammates are quite supportive in giving suggestions. I visited more than 4 times post surgery to check my growth and they checked it, and gave helpful suggestions.
I would certainly recommend the concerned people to visit him, speak to him and I am hopeful that you will go ahead with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd a wonderful experience with Dr Hitesh. He and his team is very Professional, humble, friendly, and reassuring throughout. Initially I was reluctant to go for transplant however when I met Dr hitesh he made me very comfortable and explained thoroughly before my hair transplant. I have visited to many clinics before meeting him and mostly I have found more focused towards business rather looking for an actual solution. He is extremely talented, widely known and highly respected doctor in Pune and the result is astounding. Also, post-surgery (it’s been a year now) he is still in touch and keep checking the status and always responsive whenever I need any suggestion etc. I would highly recommend anyone to go ahead with Dr Hitesh and he also got amazing team.
Also, for the one who is seriously looking for transplant my suggestion would be, don’t really think much. It is not that complex then what we think in our head. one day surgery (depend on your hair loss) and then the result will really amaze you.
