★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my worst trip with Authentic travels, whatever they say to there customer it's totally opposite of it, there tour manager doesn’t know a thing about the trip, if you will ask them about something they will just search it on Google and they tell you, there tour manager is always in rush and they will not give you sufficient time to see one place and most of the time you will be traveling, there Hotels are 1-2 hour from the main place. If you choose to go with this travel agency it’s totally a waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give less than 1 star, then I would. Worst travel agent I've ever travelled with. Went to Singapore and Malaysia with family. They made us wait 4 hours at Singapore airport before the taxi came to pick us up. Then they changed our Singapore hotel from 5 start to 3 stars. Did the same in Malaysia. Changed our hotel from 5 stars to 3 stars. And didn't give any refund or apology for it. Made our schedule so tight that we had to literally run from one place to another. Or else their tour manager just left us there. Worst experience ever had while travelling. Ruined our whole trip. They will show you the greatest package and hotels they have when u go to them. But once on trip. U will be shifted to worst hotels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just want to thank them for making our trip the best. They are nice and courteous people. It was my Singapore trip and it was very good. Universal Studio was the best. We could not take the half day open tour due to rain but they adjusted it on next day. Thanks for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good organized trip for my family. We got almost everything we wanted. Good hotels were provided and location of hotels were also good. Driver was a decent humble guy who guided us during our trip. It was the first time booking with such agency and experience is a good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My trip was well organised. I found it blue for money. My kids had a lot of fun. Thank you for making it a memorable trip. Buffet dinner could have been better. Though this is not in your hand but you can share the feedback with hotels. Rest it was one of our best trips.
