Recommended strongly to everyone..Excellent services provided by palmonia hospitality.They helped me in finalizing the hotel. After I booked the hotel, I communicated the hotel information to them. They came with the itinary for me. As it was a very short trip with only one and a half day, Pushpinder of palomina hosipitality made it a point to utilize that time in a very optimum way. I confirmed with Pushpinder the customized itenary based on my sight seeings and he made it a point to confirm the same to their branch in Kathmandu, on the same day itself. He sent me the invoice for which the payment as to be done. I did all my payments here in India only in Indian Rupee and got the receipt immediately. I appreciate their transpaerency in payments. Every payment is taken by cheque/DD or online transfer. Puspinder always kept me informed about the tour and shared with me the contact numbers of their branch personnels at Kathmandu. Before boarding the flight also he called me at Delhi airport. What made happy was the communication on whatsapp from their Kathmandu Office regrarding the contact person, who will be manganing the tour for me. As I did not want to access my mobile due to international roaoming , this effort relaxed me quite a bit. They also offered me a pickup from Airport, but since the hotel has already promised me the pickup, I did not take the pickup from them. Once I reached the hotel, I was surprised that their touring manager was waiting for me at the hotel lobby quite well in advance. He greeted me with detailed itenary for one and half days. He said I can relax for some time and then we can start our sight seeing program. But I was excited to explore Nepal, so we started after 15 minutes.The transport for sight seeing was a comfortable SUV with AC and both the guide and driver could speak good hindi and english. Guide was very well versed with knowledge of Nepali Culture. So went to Kathmandu city tour, Boudhnath and Swayambhu nath. At every place guide took care of my comfort, security and made it a point to accompany with me. He explained each and every thing about each place in detail and told a lot about nepali traditions,cuisine etc. At the end of first day they dropped me at my hotel. On second day again they arrived 15 mins in advance and were waiting for me. Second day we went to Pashupatinath temple,patan and bhaktapur. Because of palomina I could have have quick darshan of Lord Shiva.They took care of each and every thing on my trip. The tour guide of palomina also guided me in finding me good a vegetarian Newari thali or Nepali Thali. I requested for without salt food and they were nice enough find me the same. While return drop I requested driver to come at 5:00 AM but he came quite well in advance and waitied for me till 5:00 AM. This shows a very responsible attitude of Palomina towards their customers.Overall it was a good trip and I thank palomina for a great trip and good service.I will be surely taking more tours/trips from them in future.Good work done especially by Pushpinder Singh of palomina.Special thanks to the CEO Mr Ajay Binayak and Mrs Vandana Mehta Binayak.
