β β β β β First the pros: the doctor Dr Sheetal is very nice, she saw the patient carefully and explained the case very diligently. Recommend the Dr
Cons: The stuff is super unprofessional and they showed no transparency towards price. We were given 3 tests, outside these tests cost 1500 we were charged 15000 rupees. When asked the staff gave us no explanation. Itβs almost a scam. International patients: BEWARE!! The routine checkup is fine but donβt sign up for any tests/procedures there. The greedy staff at the front desk will rip you off.

β β β β β Incerdible!! A very reasonably priced EYE CARE HOSPITAL, with helpful nature of all doctors and staff, rarest of rare, to be seen nowadays. Appointment taken, confirmed by SMS, with details n visit tomings. They charged me only βΉ 99/- for consultation, did all basic routine checks and gave me proper advise. They have 4-5 experienced Doctor's, some of whome are surgeons too. They have 5-6 centers in Delhi n equally outside too. May Ishwar bless their good deeds n valuable service to patients.

Helpful pharmacy Mr Rohit ,
Helpful reception staff Saroj and quite guiding counseller on payment options and usage of insurance, Ms Neelam, and all opthalmist.
Only miscellaneous service staff need little improvement. Otherwise fine !
