β β β β β I gave one nokia smart phone for repair. after one day they promptly called and said charging port has to be replaced. I had the same suspicion and they replaced it correctly with new one.- imported original.
phone is working fine.
thanks to their service and delivery time.
good place to go!!!

These people doesn't care about customer Problem . They are looking Only paid servece and pushing for that
And more over worst behavior I am not recommending to go this Service center instead of going this Service center I am recommending to go local shop who can help you out

I went to this place to replace my Harman bluetooth wireless headset
1. Very neatly maintained
2. Token system followed
3. They listened to my queries and gave a copy of the bill - waited for 10 mins
4. They told I would get replacement by one week but to my surprise it came the next day itself .
5. Place is located in the main road next to big bazaar JP Nagar.

β β β β β #Worst Experience. One of the worst customer service I had faced today (11th March 2021). On 9th March 2021 afternoon at around 2pm I had given my Nokia 7 plus mobile to repair which was not working and is Off and the touchscreen display had a small crack. There was only one customer at that time of my visit. The service personal told me that they have to open and see and the touch screen display has to be changed and it will break while opening. I said okay and asked him what will be the cost for touchscreen glass. He said it will be βΉ10,400/- I said okay. But he told me that he needs time to check and he will call me tomorrow (10th March 2021). I said okay and gave my mobile. (This was my mistake. I shouldn't have given him the mobile) The service personal who was supposed to call me yesterday (10th March 2021) called me today morning and told me that water has entered into the mobile and it got melted due to water inside so the whole motherboard has to be changed and it will costs around βΉ18,000/-. So total of βΉ28,400/- (βΉ10,400 for display and βΉ18,000/- for motherboard) I said it is not at all possible to go water inside and told him that I will come and collect it and I don't want to repair it. When I went to collect, I asked them to show the part where water entered. The service personal was not ready at first and then told me βΉ350/- will be charged to open because it will take another 3 hours to open it. I said to him when I came two days back to give for repair why didn't you checked and opened it in front of me? There was no reply. This is another way of looting customers. Now I have the doubt over these service guys that they might have taken some valuable parts from my mobile to use it for the other same model. I am 100 percent sure that these people are telling lies like water has entered in the mobile etc., but they are not ready to open unless I pay and they want me to waste my another precious 3hours time and money. This is another way of looting money from the customer just to open the mobile and arguing if you are 100% sure pay βΉ350/- now and we will check it now in front of you. They could have done this by opening it in front of me and make me wait to see it the other day itself. But instead these service personal purposefully want the customer to leave their precious mobile at their service center. They could have told me to wait for 3 hours the day when I gave the mobile when there was enough time to open it. But instead they want to convey message over phone. This is just cheating the customer. The service guys are cheaters. So I learnt a big lesson.
So request everyone to never ever leave your mobile to check them to open for the next day and give the service guy more time. They may steal the components and give vague reasons like water has entered into the mobile etc., Always make them check it in front you even if they tell they need more time to open like a day etc., It is always better to wait and make them check it in front of you then and there itself. Once confirmed then I you can decide. These people don't know how to treat the customer. They want customers believe them without building the confidence and relationship with customers.
Hope the Nokia management sees this review and give justice to me.

β β β β β Seemed fairly empty for a weekday morning. Went here for replacement of my JBL earphones. The interaction was a breeze and product replacement process was carried out quickly. Service is good and friendly.

β β β β β Although finding this place was tricky, the customer service was good. There is not really ample parking space for four wheeler. Two wheeler can be easily parked in front. Gave my nokia for replacement and got it replaced in 4 days. They had good follow up. However lost one star for not giving exact replacement and gave a different color.
