They love to entertain themselves by listening song or watching videos on mobile rather than to entertain customer . Customers satisfaction is not their motto at all . Negative marking will be best to rate but not in my hand . Ek bahut purani kahawat yaad aa gaya will fit for this shop " uchi dukaan fika pakwaan "
