★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mechanics are good. Service managers are not well trained. They will tell you that they use only “Full Synthetic Oils” for engines when you go for a car service but they will use “Semi-Synthetic or Synthetic (which is semi-synthetic oil) oil “. Service manager Mr. Nitish doesn’t know the difference between semi-synthetic/ synthetic vs fully synthetic oil.
I am not sure if owners are aware of these frauds. They are selling semi-synthetic oils by the name of fully synthetic oils.
My advice would be, check each and everything before you buy. And don't trust on service advisors' words. They are not fully trained.
Also, Wheel alignment service is not available at the service centre . So don't opt for wheel alignment service when you go for service because They will send your car to other dealers and will consume your lots of time.
The washing service is good. Good customer waiting lounge area and workshop infrastructure.
