★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMC paid service is sold with so kuch conviction but once sold when one comes for service there is no attention. Charges applied for things that are to be free in first service.. they say next service we will adjust the charge and then when you go next, even after informing while job card is made they forget and apply the charge.. then they waive charge for something that was not done in the first place.. Taking my e.g. Fuel injector charge was waived... And the tank cover or tank needs to be taken off to clean injector but wow mine got cleaned without it.. Magic show.. Is it?
It would have been a 0 rating if not for the lady who called for booking appointment and me getting bike without having to wait too much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you take your bike at centre you don’t get satisfied answer to your questions. Low on mechanics staff. It takes 10-12 days just to deliver bike parts not worth too much of time consuming. I asked Machanic at service center just to check the damage and tell me what will be the costing he said i have to wait till tomorrow just to check the damage seriously. Unsatisfactory answers instead go to local garages they will at least listen to all your problems. If you have work at center why don’t yamaha hire staff. Conclusion: Best to go to local garage rather than wasting time here at Yamaha service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Cant blame the staff because they are overloaded with work.
I had given my R15 bike for service in afternoon, around 2 pm.
On repeatedly calling, I was told that I shall be informed once the work is done.
Day passed by.
Second day..Again no calls from the service centre. After calling 4-5 times, i was told to collect the bike at the closing hours of the centre.
Even let going the delay, the service was not at all good. After shelling out Rs 1900, the only difference I could find in my bike was that it was washed (that too with patches of dirt still visible near the seat) and oil change (hopefully).
Better to give to a local skilled mechanic and get 4 services done in the same amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i decided to buy the mt-15 so I called them up. Mr Ashish greeted me on the phone and his demeanor was very welcoming and friendly. The place is on the main road itself so it's easy to find and get to. They have mostly all the models on show and you can sit and see them. however they don't give test ride so that's a downside.
I knew from the beginning I wanted a Yamaha bike and for me, this is the closest showroom. they got all the paperwork done without much hassle and I got my bike in one week itself (number plate took 2 weeks to come but they have a temporary one)
