★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DTDC is extremely poor and highly irresponsible service. If you are having a good luck it will deliver you on or before the specified time (maximum time it goes WELL).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst DTDC outlet. A person called Omprakash Meharia took the parcel well knowing that the destination is not serviced by DTDC. on repeated checking about the delivery he told that this happened because the DTDC franchise for the last leg of delivery got shut and I should go and get the parcel traveling 2 hours. On checking with the godown of DTDC where the parcel is kept it came to light that there never was a franchise for delivery. So essentially Omprakash decided it doesn’t matter if the parcel will not be delivered as long as they make money. On being asked for refund he kept telling more lies about mistake in the address provided. The same address is used for Amazon deliveries and there is nothing wrong with the address or pincode.
Additionally DTDC has the worst consumer service department.
