We've to collect the parcel at their center. They don't deliver to your home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My consignment was returned without my information back to source by the Professional Couriers pune khadki branch.
They had called me to say that the address was is no service area, so i requested them to hold the package in their workshop and i will come and pick it up myself. They said ok, however next day when I went to their office all the way they blatantly told me that they returned the package by mistake and now I have to coordinate with the Delhi branch to get it back.
The lady in the Khadki branch was extremely rude and said she will not provide any help since I mentioned that I never faced an issue with other courier service. She told me to reach out to the other courier service and not to come here for help.
Their customer service is absolutely pathetic.
I am not sure when I will receive my package.
