★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever I have seen in my life. I was trying to call main branch since 5 days no one picked up. Customer care have no Idea about branch opening timings. I went personally but branch had been closed.. I went again but courier was not there.... & No one was aware about whom had it be given for delivery.. after waiting for 2 hours.. there was no firm answer.. they taken my number & said they will revert

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have sent package on 25th May from Pune to Thane and it is still not reached to destination even after 15days. Worst part is that i am not getting any update from anywhere. Tried tracking but no use. When called customer care, call is always kept on waiting for 15-20 mins and then every time it disconnects without connecting to executive.
I have opened complaint as well but there is no response on it.
Request DTDC to respond , i will provide required docket number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courier facility. Had a nice experience. Parking space is available. Always a big deal in Mumbai.
ladies on the counter were helpful and cordial. They Carried a big and warm smile throughout. Went out of the way and advised how to reduce courier cost.
They offer variety of options from.low cost to expense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waiting for my package for a week and now the courier guy hasn't called yet And also the status is showing hes coming today this is been repeating everyday and now it's taken more then the delivery time to get it delivered. Customer number are useless. I don't know why after i paid 1000 rs by air still this is taken more then a week . Now goregaon office number no one is answering since morning until 2pm now. Today is our festival i waited for food items and see what DTDC is doing with thier customers after they charge such high price
