★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always sent parcels from this DTDC for letters, documents etc. with no issues. However this time I couriered some expensive clothing from Mumbai>Jaipur via road. I was told it would take 5-6 at max. It has now been 9 days with no update at all from them. Their website doesn't function/track properly, and all their customer helplines come unavailable or non-responsive. Horrible service. Never using DTDC to courier anything other than documents again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for documents and things but if you want to send big boxes you should pack it yourself and secure as much as possible , else end up with broken stuff like me, even when they say they will pack it properly. Very disappointed by last experience, can't even count now how much of my stuff is ruined.
