★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is bit expensive. People's are good and supportive. Reason for 3 star is location, store is located inside branch road. You cannot identify the store as courier service, it looks like scrap collectors place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service...charges per kg changes Everytime I go...cheaters...they even do not inform the client if the courier is not delivered...today he asked 180 for half kg...3 months back it was 150 ..earlier 120...when I objected he said ok u pay 150..wat non sense..dtdc should keep track of its centres and wat they charging..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had the worst experience. Package lost on May 13. I'm still running behind them, the Delhi head office and customer care to get a refund even after they've filed an fir (in August). Even after getting a go ahead from DTDC has office to reimburse, they are refusing to give saying the head office has given permission but not given them the money to reimburse me. 6 months and counting. All emails have now stopped. My next step will be to assualt the concerned person at this branch or damage something equivalent to my reimbursement. Such is my frustration and disgust. Please burn this place down immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! they lost my package and have made me run after them for three months without resolution. since i live next door often when my calls were ignored or i was told that they are not at office, i would just go down and find then sitting in the office. they are rude when the don't call back after telling you they they will call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service, just a big name and nothing. They don't even contact the recipients if they are unable to deliver. They just leave the item undelivered. Their IVR call service is also waste and a scam with customers. The service agent is never connected on IVR call to solve the problem. And then they say that they have international clients also. God knows how they get these clients.
