★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting service. You have to follow up for everything. Firstly the lady never picks up the call on one go. Secondly, even if you confirm and share the address, you have to follow up for half the day checking when the pick up will be arranged.
To my suprissu, after 3 hours of follow up some random guy picked up the call and said the delivery boy left for the day since he was unwell.
There is no professionalism and don't trust the lady on call , she just doesn't care.
Very bad experience with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have either misplaced or delivered my parcel to a wrong address. Their online tracking system says that the Consignment Number very clearly printed on the receipt they gave us doesn't even exist! What kind of scam are they running? It's not even as though they are overloaded with deliveries these days. It is the worse courier service in this country. The consumer has to deal with their poor sense of responsibility and an even worse delivery system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst courier service. At first they will assure you that the parcel shall be delivered in 3-4 days and I placed the order on 21st November but it is still in transit. Their tracking system is so fake such that it shows receiver has requested for delivery in another date but on other hand the receiver didn't even received any intimation regarding delivery. I am still not sure where is parcel.
Pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I send a parcel of 1kg , consigment no. N21872387 from mumbai to Singapore on 25th by priority, paid 3000₹. It took 15 days to deliver, the parcel was lying in Mumbai for 10days inspite of continuous follow up.
I have never meet bogus courier compare to DTDC.
I can say they are dacoit , never use dtdc
