I gave my laptop for repair here. I have to tell you guys that it was probably one of the worst customer experiences ever. I had a problem with my motherboard, they ended of messing the keyboard as well. The laptop was working fine for about 12 hours, then the keyboard stopped working . I had to fly back to delhi and i could not come to give my laptop for repair immediately. When i got it back to them they refused to even look at it. The staff is arrogant, rude, and basically a scam of a shop. Took about 10 grands to fix the motherboard which didn’t work for a day. They dont give any garunttee for there work. Please please please guys save your money and do not ever go here. All the good reviews on there page are all fake!!

Excellent service .A special mention for Sana at the front desk who was an absolute gem . Thank you Sana .Am glad I came here . Their super quick service took me by surprise. I gave 2 MacBook pros for repair . Within 3 hours I got a call back with the diagnosis . By the following evening my MacBooks were up & functioning ready for pick up , that’s how swift they are . I would highly recommend them .

Service is very Fast and prompt but Rates are double as compared to market.Try negotiating they will give best rates. The technician won’t talk with you in detail they will like just talk to close the discussion once you try questioning them they will just raise their voice and try judging quality After changing battery the performance has became week battery is dropping Even I am keepi Phone locked with cache and history clear Just go here only if no other options are left with you. Okay Okay

Overall i felt very happy with their service & they provide free home delivery as well. Turn around took 1 day for my iPhone issue. But at the end I’m extremely satisfied with the output. Seriously will recommend many more. Great Job I-Service & team. Keep going.?????

People are good but poor quality. the replacement part Batteries dint work for more then 5 month and the warranty was for 6 month. due to covid lockdown could not come on time for replacement. Batteries was replace twice still there was issue. Parts to expensive compared to warranty is considered.

You get mobile covers here. They also repair damaged cell phones. They have parking lot structure here outside the shop. If you’re reading this then I want to say thank you ? for your lovely time. Cheers guys ?

However, my review never mentioned about lack of cooperation, it was just about inappropriate person provided wrong quote which he made looked like a true quote. - I don't have order number because I haven't given my laptop to you for repair. This whole review is based on my two interaction at your shop on the same day. I can understand that you would like to get review from your customers only, than I think you are on a wrong platform then. Google's "Maps User Contributed Content Policy" and "Tips for writing great reviews" mention specifically, that "Contributions must be based on real experiences and information". My review is based on my real incident only and I also have all the evidences to prove my presence at your place in the court of law. Now specifically regarding your threat to defame me: 1. You are welcome to initiate a defamation case against me by your legal team. 2. For general Users: I am attaching unedited original reviews in this comment, just in case this business alter their comments later while I may approach to legal system Original Review | Date: Tuesday, 26th October 2021 I visited this place to get my MacBook Pro checked and I had a very bad experience. In the morning when I visited, the person who was handling counter, checked my laptop, called someone and told me that screen can be replaced for 24000 (which is almost one third price for original one). This makes me suspicious and I asked him, Are you really sure? And he confidently replied, Yes I am. Strangely, the cleaning lady was listening to our conversation and told me, Sir don’t worry, he is a iPhone repair guy. And then she asked him to call the person who is repairing MacBook. That guy would reach in one hour so I left my number and asked them to call me. I never received call back. I again visited shop in two hours, there was a lady who checked my machine and provided me correct value. But based on the above experience, I preferred not to choose them.

The service guy scratched my iPhone X’s frame. I needed to get the power switch replaced. Also, As mentioned in an earlier review by someone, their prices could be more reasonable but that’s not why I am rating them so low. My perfectly kept device now has unsightly marks on both sides, which clearly looks like the guy drove a screwdriver through it to open the screen. This is very careless, reckless and unacceptable. The only part good about them was the time. They said 25 minutes and they got it done in 25 minutes. What they should have said is 25 minutes along with some scratches. If they would have mentioned about possibility of damage, I could have possibly digested that. Instead, they made me sign on a tablet without mentioning or declaring in anyway that there could be some damage. If you are okay with damage on your device, go to this place for a quick service. If you’re like me, and you care about your device, then go elsewhere. I do not recommend this place!
