The bouquet was not the way it was shown in the photographs .The other things were good . Also the delivery was late .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever, I have tried numerous times and everytime the same experience. The aslt time was the peak of unprofessionlism. They have charged for on-time delivery, called the reciepent saying that the gift is not avialable and delivered it on the next day. Never returned the money which was charged for on-time delivery. Mutliple time the greeting card was not delivered. This is very very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, i had ordered a love pillow on 14th Feb for 398 and my account was debited my ferns N Petals twice. However when I notified them I got an answer as you can the discount next time wen u purchase sumthng else.. When ferns N Petals is operating globally they donot have any authority to make decisions on behalf of the customer.. Again I had to call them back next day wait in the IVR and get through when I told I want to speak to the supervisor the executives were not ready to give the call to the management and hanged up.. Again I had to call and repeat the same story to a different executive where the executive told the the revelant department would process the request and you will get your refund in next 7 to 10 business days.. After that there was no acknowledgement done if my refund was processed and I again called back after a month where I was we have already processed your refund call the bank.. And also till date I have not got my money in account.. Ferns and petals are jus stealers of money and they are not bothered for their reputation.. This was the second experience happened to me.. Better than ordering online its better to walk in a shop and get the things instantly and quickly... This site is jus making customers fool my offering things and giving offers but real time they are not all helpful or loyal to their customers.. The site is jus fascinating and customers gets attracted by that so they can fool n convince the customers easily and make them fall in the trap.. Ferns and Petals SUCKS...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience! Please guys dont trust FNP at all. I ordered Flowers/plant/choclate and paid the amount but at the day of delivery..I got a call from FNP that they wont be able to deliver plant/Flowers as its lockdown and told me to compromise and book cake instead of plant/flowers. I agreed but still my order is not yet delivered and money is not refunded...Very Disappointing.

I honestly don't know why people are complaining? *this branch* was the only FernsNPetal branch that actually picked my call and was ready to take an international order, they were open at 8.30 AM.
1. I ordered flowers Internationally (from USA)
2. **They accepted PayPal!** Which is amazing! And they sent me live pictures of options for flowers and cakes
3. I made the order at Night (last minute) and they delivered next evening an hour ahead of time.
I will 100% order from them again, they are super responsive and great to work with! Thank you Ferns N Petals! Attached picture from the recipient of my flowers <3
