Worst courier services..I am expecting a package which has been couriered by the vendor in Bangalore and it has reached the local DTDC branch in Bhandup, Mumbai on 11 September and has since been just lying at that centre! Customer care executives only know to say "we are looking into it/ we are trying to contact local branch and will get back to you asap" Why are you even running a courier business if you can't provide the service???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service ..No proper line up .miscommunication iin the times of electronic world .have to be waiting 1 hr as staff coudnt find parcel. After long search find the same in some bag..the parcel booked from Delhi express service charged ₹1800 and after assurance of delivery by 24 hrs. Still it was not delivered. Call centre replied we will look on the same and pass on message so I get in 24 hrs...below average service provider

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They haven't delivered my package, yet on the tracking page, it shows it's been delivered at 12 am/midnight. For 2 days, it's been out for delivery, with a false claim made that Door locked when they haven't even visited and I could verify the same through CCTV footage.
Terrible!!! Utterly terrible service.
This is not the first time I am facing this issue with DTDC.
WORST TERRIBLE COURIER SERVICE!
THEY WILL MAKE TO GO COLLECT IT FROM THEIR SHOP AND FALSELY MARK AS DELIVERED OR DOOR CLOSED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service ever. Package has been out for delivery since two days and they keep cancelling it saying office closed or door locked. We have a 24 hr concierge in the building and have been home all day. Their number isn't right here or they don't pick up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a poor service please do not use this courier company for the delivery of your parcels.They even put fake tracking details so you will not be able to find out. nobody is there to answer despite several reminders there is no one who can help and find out the delay in delivery. My parcel is out for delivery since 8th Jan 2022 and till today 12th Jan 2022 i have not received it multiple emails and calls all are time waste, also nobody attempted delivery but they show that the door is locked which is wrong. Better to sue this company never ever use their service, useless worst.
