★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider,pathetic service.My order is out for delivery from 6 days but still not delivered and If we try to contact them no one will pick up the call and most of the numbers are switched off.They do not have proper details also regarding the order they are very unprofessional.I will recommend everyone not to use dtdc courier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DTDC Courier & Cargo Services is a trustworthy well known place where you can post your documentary from. They provide you with the tracker system, with which you can track the live location of your parcel. The only issue is that the charges are too costly or expensive. I personally visited there to post a passport, and their charges for the same was 550 for it. Hence I found it expensive. As per my enquiry I also visited the malad post office where they charged me only 41 Rs. To post a passport. Though this charges were according to the weight of the passport. Hence I found it more efficient and effective. Plus they too provided with tracker included in Rs. 41. Hence, I would suggest you to visit a Regular post office and not such expensive private places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much expensive.. infact mumbai to mumbai courier took 2days. Otherwise online tracking is good and easy. The only issue is with charges. Need more quick service as compared to price.
