Honest person came through with proper warranty information, unlike nearby stores offering lifetime warranty when the brand themselves dont give lifetime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy anything from here. They will talk to you politely then the staffs there are suddenly very rude. Also they charge very high as per market price also they won't provide you with the box of the products you bought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In one word i can say the experience was satisfying .Never i felt ignored, the owner(s) answered me whatever/whenever i asked them anything.Workers are moderately skilled but the most important thing if you tell them something they will listen to you and not like they will force you to do something. But like most other sellers they will try to offer you multiple things and choice is upto you..they will try to convince you hard(nice try!!) but you know best what you need. They were understanding and only one call was needed before everytime i visited their shop and they were ready for service.I bought few items beforehand and it was so great of autopro to offer me to install them from their end(0 charges taken)..Cost: Price is ok its not super competitive their are so many other car shops around it they have to keep the pricing decent..but
pro tip ya negotiation skills matter..not too mush...i felt price was reasonable..atleast you get a good service and no denying their courtesy and welcoming is quite appreciable..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn't have a very good experience here. Prices are unreasonably high for some products. I believe there is no standard rate. They study customer and based on that fix the price. Like for a LED dashboard strip light, they took 3.5K but we checked other places in Chandni Chowk and the max they said is Rs. 2.5K. Another dissapopinting thing is, they did a lot of wire cutting. At one time we were very worried but they assured us zero warranty issues. Finally after so much work, the car battery got drained out, but they helped us out to jumstart the car.
