I have checked the status till showing order in progress and there is no proper tracking and I have paid some amount.I am trying to call their number couple of times but there is no response. They are cheating people do not buy any products here.

Purchased a new tail light of Volkswagen vento but received damaged part. On complaining them nothing is heard even after giving them 5 reminders on mail. Nobody picks up the mobile no mentioned on site. Wolud never ever recommend anyone to buy from them

Ordered product on 1st December for 2 headlamps and 1 tail lamp for my innova.
Order was dispatched on 3rd and received it on 9th.
Packaging was ultimate quality of products were satisfactory. Price is unmatched.
Only issue is there is no customer care number available. Guys they are absolutely genuine. Although I see a lot of negative comments may be I was the lucky one to have received good service

Packaging was superb. I don't understand why people are writing bad reviews, but I think Autoretails is the best option for auto parts. Try Boodmo you will have to wait for at least 1 month just to get the refund, forget about the product delivery Boodmo never delivers.

I thought it was genuine retails but I don't think so. I want my refund.
I just received reply from owner that he refund my money but I haven't received anything and their number is switched off till now. So don't make me fool i want my money or i will be there at your shop.

Products took few extra days to arrive because of festival but all in all decent experience.
