It was a surprise for me that the showroom is functioning in full swing even after 8 pm, and even on Sundays. The staff is very polite and helpful. No doubt, they have many happy customers. I hope you will continue to offer good services post-sale too. Thanks, guys referred you to a few of my friends who are likely to buy in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bad experience with buying car with them. I am highly concerned if this is the response before delivery of vehicle, what will be after delivery. I regret dealing with them. They want everything immediately when it's customer side, but all procedure and limitations creeps in when it's their turn. I will never recommend anyone to deal with them. Poor customer service also doubt their after sales service.
I have written on provided email provided in response below. They opened the ticket and said to resolve the issue in 24 hours, but they closed the ticket without any resolution. I replied back and asked what resolution was provided, they opened other ticket and closed that too. Clearly making fool to customers.

MG's every model but top end variant is on display.The staff is nice ,helpful and cordial.they will give proper attention to you. Met Sh. Gaurav sharma there who seems to be a well spoken and a vibrant guy. Hoping to be a MG member soon.

One of the store employee hit my car while reversing and he did not even bothered to say sorry about it, infact started giving excuses about the traffic and that he was not competent enough to park their own demo car. Even not only this 1 guy but every employee who came out stated giving excuses that it is done by mistake and nobody bothered to even say sorry about it. This is the level customer experience you provide by hitting their car and when asked for the store manager, he was not even available at the store and then every sales guy started giving excuses about he not being available. The employee makes a mistake and dont bother to say sorry about it not even other employees and then the store manager is also not there. Great experience MG.
