★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for workout, good equipement, good trainers. It’s been two months i started workout. I have been trained by personal trainer shreyas patel and absolutely loved each session of my training. I have noticed great changes in my body. Everyone says how fit i look . I’m glad to be part of this gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small but good gym..!!! Reasonable fees but too crowded nowadays..!!! Have every equipment.
Peak hour like in morning and evening/night from 6 to 9 am/pm..Personal trainer are good too..But without trainer beginner will have hard time..!!! Afternoon is best time but now crowds is slowly catching up..!!! But don't worry lot of Folks never come to gym after 4 or 5 month of joining..!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m writing this review after 4 months of being a constant member of the gym and this long experience of mine. Honestly I find this the best gym in town. Even after all this long I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. The gym is very well equipped with all the necessary machines and the maintenance of them is very well done. The owner himself is so kind. It has a partitioned cardio and strength area, changing room, sauna, lockers, shower cabinet and rest rooms. And trust me they are cleaner than my own house. I always see the care taker maintaining the top notch cleanliness all the times. The packages of the training is very reasonable. The trainers are all very well professionally trained and are knowledgeable enough. Even though you don’t have a personal trainer for you, the rest of the trainers still do have an eye on you for what you are doing and they are there to help you anytime. The only thing that I feel you can try improving is the choices of songs on your playlist. Every day I kinda hear the same songs and it becomes very much monotonous for an every day goer to the gym to listen to the same playlist, as we all know that good songs help you to life up your mood and makes you more enthusiastic. Rest, believe me it’s all perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNCERTIFIED trainers ruling the floor, the gym is filled with trainer with 0 knowledge and sky rocketing attitude. The trainers have no knowledge of nutrition or exercise or basic muscle bone anatomy. The trainers have no courses no diploma or I doubt if they have gotten their basic education done. All they would do is try to sell you a jar of protein to fetch few quick bucks that's it. Not recommend at all. Uncultured staff, unprofessional behaviour, trainers seen playing games on phones while occupying machines.

I started going to the AV Fitness which is a well-equipped gymnasium located at Sun Arcade, Vesu and the owner Mr Jay Lokhandwala who is very well versed with the field of fitness and guided me the protocol of being fit. Mr Jay is very co-operative and friendly in his
profession. He motivates me a lot; I also like the hygiene which he has
maintained in the gym to avoid any disease to the gym member who is frequently visiting. I highly recommended AV Fitness for your fitness need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice compact gym. Good people coming. Neat, clean and equipped with good equipments. I hve been using it for nearly months now n i hve no complaints. The trainers r very descent and knowledgeable. The equipments r kept in top-class condition. A floor manager keeps everything in place. I recommend this gym to those living near florance apartment.
