★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a need to edit the review due to the behaviour of administration ,told me to come to gym on Sunday for my diet chart firstly nobody was there at 8 and when trainer arrived he had no idea about why I was here and when he had talked with the administration he just asked me to whatsapp me my schedule and told that you will recieve your diet chart so my coming to gym on a Sunday morning sacrificing my rest day was just a waste of my time utterly disappointed!!!!

My goal was to reduce fat and increase my stamina.
I have seen some good changes in my body with increased muscle mass and reduced fat mass only by attending Functional training batches.
Looping has been an extra push for me.
Good Staff
And friendly environment.
