★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll start with Booking first, cleanliness and money issue later.
I approached them and we finalized the booking. My in-laws are not from Surat and were to come from Lucknow. They know we are planning a wedding and had booked 5 rooms for guests. Later 2 rooms were cancelled from our end due to guests limitations. 50% Advance was paid for the banquet.
When the in-laws came to Surat, the hotel was not cleaned. There were empty bottle and garbage lying here and there in the hotel. It was not cleaned. None of the rooms had bucket and Tumbler to take bath. We had to ask more than 5 times to clean the room and again that was done after half an hour of asking them multiple times. We had function in the next 2 days. We asked for mattress 8 times. The restroom near the banquet hall was so dirty and stinky the first day. We had to specifically ask them to clean it.
The manager, Nidhi is money minded. We have later paid advance more than 50% but yet she kept asking more and when we said that we'll give during the event, she had the audacity to say that we will cut the electricity if you won't pay the full amount. Like how can she say that when we have our marriage event the very next day.
We didn't book their caterers and went with the other caterers. They promised the caterers that they will give space to have lunch and dinner but at the end they turned and we had to have lunch in the lift lobby. This was really humiliating in front of my in-laws.
They day before marriage we asked access to banquet hall for lunch and dinner that was hardly 2 hours. They charged us 5000₹ + electricity. Given the situation that this was their first event after lockdown they didn't barge even a bit.
They even charged us for few plastic containers which we didn't mind as by then we knew that they are money minded folks.
The decorators as well trusted us and they agreed to pay them later after we gave them 70% advance but the hotel folks didn't.
All in all I won't suggest anyone this banquet hall neither this hotel. They will bottleneck you to pay them upfront. I faced a lot of humiliation in front of my in-laws and wouldn't want anyone to go through the same in future.
I'd suggest you to speak with another manager Akash directly. He's a nice chap !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service towards client , asking client about each and every package but don't responding to the client at all about pending things like photography , wedding album n connecting us with a wrong vendor weddingz.in for photography n videography , album . ???? cheating to clients complete n always asking new staff member about same details reason - old staff has left. They don't have their own system record at all in which clients details they can check own. V.bad service and experience we had got from weddingz.in and La Cassa Hotel staff ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed was old and smelled bad with the fabric having a lot of stains. But the hotel manager did help replace them with fresh sheets and covers.
Bathroom needs to be renovated or cleaned better. Toilet was missing a flush button or lever.
