★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was good. But rest all is too bad.They didn't give any thing except room. like breakfast, water etc. After waiting of an hour they provided us room. Too bad service till now ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever for wedding...very very unprofessional staff..we booked full property for two days and there service was pathetic.. only two helpers were there after 8pm till morning 9am between 90 rooms... Very unprofessional staff they even fought with my 90 years old grand mother...if anybody booking it for wedding pls be prepared to face the worst expirience of your life...rooms were smelly, there was pan gutkha stain on wall of one of the rooms...glasses were very old that there was spider in one of the glass in my room.. geyser was not working properly in most of the room... when we requested for water bottle it came after 2 hours...and there was zero cleanliness in both room, banquet and corridor...they are very very short on staff...you should for other properties if you are planning your wedding don't go here..if i could have given zero then zero would be my rating.. don't go on words of owner Laljibhai which handles wedding there he will change his service during wedding and if you call him he won't even pick your call..pls don't book this venue if you want your wedding to go well.. even the owner is non responsive and he won't help you either..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience by reception staff very rude behavior. I booked 3 room for my guest and at the time of check inn reception person shows attitude that we will give room after completing formality, not ready to give single room for ladies for getting fresh.
Even breakfast was not served my guest left room without breakfast.
I wish I could give zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel with worst staff members....in my room my bed was broken.i booked for 2 days and now it took 28 hours to replace the bed....it took 4 hours to provide toiletries...damage bath mug took another 5 hours to replace....24 hours to provide bath towels and what else should I say....don't book this at all

Very bad cleanliness.
Kindly do not book for wedding.
It would be total waste of money & your energy time would be wasted.
Just keep out of here.
My grand mother wanted a chair to sit in reception they even didn't provide that & we had to fight for the chair to give her to sit & she is 76.
Save your wedding by not booking over here.
