★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased the property in Avadh Queensbury based in Navsari. All the ambience and look of the property looks good, but there is massive construction flaws in all the Bungalows. During monsoon, each and every house has water dripping. Also quality of the wooden flooring is not upto the par as per money spent. I am not sure about any other property of Avadh, but I would not recommend any one to buy home in Avadh Navsari Project. I have been victim of Avadh poor construction, I don't want some else hard earn money goes in vein like mine.
