This fellow is in a different league altogether .
His work gives a sense of deep relaxation ,
Pure zen , Tao .
I surely recommend that anyone who is seeking something unique , long lasting and something that can be deeply experienced needs to have a look at this guys work whether it is office or villa or flat , he will simply transform ur space forever .
Completely in a different league than the usual glitzy , blitz that loses its shine . This guy gives eternal touch to his work , he surly is a class apart .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each one of us has at some point of time in life, dreamt of their 'Dream Home'...I had too... imagining the kind of main entrance door that I fancied right to the colour on the wall, and many many things in between... however, when we finally did buy a house, I was unable to make sense of my imagination and translate it to reality. That was when a dear friend, recommended SPACE; we met Mr. Thakkar who very patiently heard all that was close to my heart and I wanted, requirements of the family, our personal preferences and most importantly, our budget. Soon he was back with a design that was a perfect blend of aesthetics and functionality and that too, in the budget that we had specified - now, I knew my dreams were in safe hands...Work commenced with his trained and dedicated staff and finally, with his help, my house had been turned to HOME, my dream had turned to reality!
Thank you, Mr. Thakkar and to all those who are reading this, go ahead and and allow him to work his magic, you'll be glad you did! ?

When we first saw the photos of the design we thought that it was not possible to make such a house but with tremendous efforts by Mr Vatsal Thakkar & space team we are living in house better than the photos.
Mr Vatsal Thakkar has provided us with a house which is comfortable, cozy yet maintenance free. The house is simple yet rich.
He with his efforts, experience and expertise made a beautiful home. His ideas are very creative. The combination of elements are just perfect. Also the entire thing has a great value of money. Very Happy we chose his agency to design our house.

After due diligence we singled on “SPACE”. Will not give you too much information and spoil your pleasant experience... suffice to say that THE PERSON, Mr. Thakkar understood our “sense of being” and our feelings and translated it in our home by his unique ideas and materials chosen. LOVED IT. LOVED THE EXPERIENCE. Thank you Sir, for taking the trouble of understanding us and giving us a home that is actually a HOME for us, that we really love. We were also pleasantly surprised with the final cost of completion. Please meet this gentleman once, you will thank me later ??
