and you know what years ago it was started
and the buildings are constructed within 1 year but they are only build (no flat ready just bricks and cement)
and that results in completing ruining our society because it just covers it and now it has been 5 years work is not completed yet probably because of dispute
hence it need to be destroyed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Buyer, don't buy any property from this builder, as builder is a cheater, he cheat the home buyers, same problem in his all projects. Lot's of RWA, HOME BUYERS ASSOCIATION, INDIVIDUAL BUYERS of his projects in RERA, NCDRC, EOW, NCLT against him.
So beware from this builder, don't waste your hard earn money with him and aware other innocent home buyers also. For evidence visit his Avalon Royal Park, Rose wood in Bhiwadi.
He has several companies like GRJ, AVALON PROJECTS etc. So always see who's the promoters, may be project name is new but behind the curtain same MAN.
