1.Visited the site, spoke to a few friends who live there. Found the first building completely ready and the construction of the second building also in very good rate.
Liked the area very much
Liked the site very much – it’s quiet even though its so close to JVLR
The building is very nice. Checked out all the negative things written, it turned out to be molehills. It’s a good project
My wife loved the project, the entrance is not bustling with too much traffic so it’s peaceful once you are home.

There are multiple cases registered in RERA against this builder... Flat internal work is worst...we are facing leakage problem...we are following up with builder but no one bothered to answer our call...

I bought this builder property . But still not completed any project in jogeshwari. please check previous project what is is current situation really pathetic service and work quality . After doing payment no one entertain this problems . Please dont buy any one this project.
