★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here no doubt about doctor's skill, he's the best in town for Neuro surgery.
However the worst part is about facility, no facilities of MRI and such advanced scanning though hospital is specifically for neuro surgery, ambulance charges are also terrific and they charges extremely high even patient need to go for MRI just within range of 1kms, no lift facility for patient's relatives as all ICU and patient rooms are on 3rd and 4th floor, they ask patient's relatives to get medicine from pharmacy on ground floor and have to send it on 3rd and 4th floor, no good sitting and sleeping (waiting room is on 4th floor, without windows or any air circulation and without proper sanitation) facilities for ICU patient relatives, No facilities of patient's vehicle parking, admin staff behaving really bad, canteen facility is also not good however the person handling canteen is good one.
Most most bad and worst part of this premises is worst ever washrooms, no air exhaustion, no cleaning, no hygiene maintenance, leaking taps. Drinking water facility is in washroom area. Stinking and extremely dirty....
Dear Doctor I request you to take a look at all this once in a week. All patient's families are paying as per your set charges, which is higher in town... still getting worst facilities.

And Not Get Results... One day treatment get into 8 day... ..
They have policy to having patients atleast 8 day ..
Only give money ... If you have mediclaim lying for cashless but not having cashless treatment and file you also been late .. atleast 3 yo 4 visit getting you medical file ready...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital is Good. Doctor is also good. But It’s Staff specifically Mr Ashish is very rude to relatives of the patient. I had also same experience with him.please train your staff and make them realise that they are staff of the hospital and not the owner of the hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Bhatt and Dr Ashish are really great. My mother had her surgery couple of years ago. But i would say the administration and nurses are horrible. They want money deposit ASAP but the nurse would not come to attend the patient as required. Night nurses are sleeping or for them performing their prayers during work hours is more important. They simple ignored my bells as she was busy doing Hanuman chalisa. I had to run down to ask her is she can hear the bell and if yes what is the reasons for her not responding. Even if you complain to admin they just tell them off in front of you but no disciplinary action taken so things keep repeating. Even they don't have cleaners to come atleast twice a day to clean.

All they want is money,they do not care about patient.
All the sisters of hospital are so meaningful.
Whenever I went to see my father I saw every sister using their mobile phones even if they are in the ICU.
I recommend not to go to this hospital if you want your patient back.
