★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I want to thanks to all supporting staff, Physiotherapist and special thanks to Dr Sheetal vaidya. Without there support my mother was not able to walk well.
I am giving 5 out of 5 rating to hospital staffs, Doctors and facilities Provided by hospital.
Apart from all these I should want to such implementation on foods provided to patient. Sometimes they provide same subji to patient even more than 2 -3 days.
It should be even better if you provided food to patient from any home to home cooking service lady So that patient can eat food without any hesitation and they can also feel better rather than eating trust food which every government hospital take for paitient. As you taken all charges from patient why you provided these food
It will not added more burden on your financial strength.
On basis of food I only give you 2 star so that you can implement this service and from that other patient will not affected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff.. On call says don't book appointment, once you go there says 'why you haven't book an appointment? We won't take your case today..'
Is this some kind of a joke? Why would an old pt go back to home who has came to show reports?
If you have policies, stick with them only. If you go for appointment then give proper info on phone only.
Even on phone the staff member saif 'if you're an old case then you must be knowing the procedure!' As if we all are magicians...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother's knee replacement surgery was scheduled with this guy, Dr. Shital. I flew down from United States to b with her just to find how rude, impatient and snarky of a dude he is.
My mother was a bit on the edge, a day before surgery and he literally screamed at her when he asked her to lie down. All she was doing was to understand what he was trying to assess with her leg and Dr. Shital screamed at her as he impatiently and repeatedly told her to lie down. It took me a minute to recover from that onslaught!
I naively asked him abt prednasalone being used during anesthesia administration and he snapped back shooting me down snarkily saying it's steroids and he doesn't use them as he huffed and puffed out of the room hurriedly! He is one of those doctors who doesn't think high of patient or relatives asking medical questions for self awareness and considers himself to be above all!
I mean it was an absolute disasterous of an encounter!
