It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will definitely be returning for a round two, hope to see you there!

The equipments in the gym are new so you will have good experience with them despite of this the machines are comparatively less but enough to hit all body parts. The environment in the gym is good not very crowded. Overall the gym is very good for those who are stating their training as beginner or from absolute zero level. So you sould have at least one visit hear?
